Just been diagnosed

Hi my name is Michelle, for the past year and half I’ve been fighting with my healthcare and hospital for a diagnosis for my knee and it was so painful and I couldn’t bend it. The Physio I was with through pain management was not doing anything and after several emails to them, I was told to go private for Physio and pain management treatment. After going private with the help from the social to pay as I’m not working. I finally got a diagnosis but still no treatment and as the worse part of my knee is the patella there nothing they can do. I would like to learn how I can manage it. Many thanks

I see that you have pain and reduced mobility in your knee and you've recently received a diagnosis, I'm sorry that you had such difficulty getting to that point with your doctors. You mentioned pain management treatment, how has your experience been with that?
