New to this site
Hello, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my feet about 2 years ago. I get hot stabbing pains on my insteps. I also get a lot of cramp in my feet at night. From walking badly my ankles ache too. My feet are at the worst in the mornings, I understand this is normal and by about 4pm I can walk better.
I used to run a lot and have had plantar fasciitis twice in the past. I now use a cross trainer to exercise as no impact.
I take co- codamol and ibuprofen
I look forward to hearing of any tips to help me live with this. My age is 58.

Hello @Clare247 and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your feet and have had this for about two years. Our website has a lot of useful information and I would recommend having a look at it and also it has a very useful search function. To help I've put a couple of links in below which may be of interest.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their their experiences and support as well.
With very best wishes
Peter
