Hi. Thankyou for letting me join this brilliant group. I'm 63 and was really fitness mad till generalised osteoarthritis took hold 4yr ago..my question is..I get more joint stiffness and bad leg weakness in warm weather..can hardly get upstairs through heavy legs..and fatigue is a nightmare..in cold wet weather I have bad pain in most joints and then start wishing for warm weather only to get problems again with stiff joints...I also have hereditary essential tremor so my walking is great..but anyone else suffer both in cold and warm weather? Best wishes to all.
