Hello my name is Habibah, I have had my diagnosis for about 5 years now but in the past year I seem to be struggling not just physically but mentally aswell so I thought I'd join to have people who understand to talk to.

Hello @Habs and welcome to the online community,

You’ve had your diagnosis for five years and in the past year you’ve found yourself struggling mentally and physically. You’ve made a good move to post in the community - all our members have experienced living with arthritis and can understand some of what you’re going through. Everyone is very friendly and supportive, so do have a look round the forum and join in with any conversations where you feel comfortable. Perhaps you could tell us a bit more about yourself and what living with arthritis is like for you?
