Introduction
Hya everyone
Iv thought about joining before, but I guess I dont want any posts to be seen by "friends" so to speak! Not for a shady kind of reason,it's just that only a few close friends n family, KNOW how bad and incapacitated I am,lol, iv struggled coming to terms with it MYSELF so I keep quiet haha. Anyways,I'm hoping it will be nice and comforting and maybe I can give something back to the community hopefully too. Anyways, Hello to you all, I hope to chat with you and say hello personally and gentle hugs to you all xxx

Hello @ShazLever and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have had arthritis a while and are looking for advice and a safe place to chat - you are in the right place. Can I suggest having a look at our website as it contains a lot of useful information, hints and tips and so on, and is worth a look around. To help I've put a couple of links in below.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and join in some of the discussions. Also if you let us know a bit more about yourself (whatever you are comfortable sharing), for example affecting knees or hands, than I am sure that others will connect with you to share their support and experience as well.
With very best wishes
Peter
