Hello @Surepass123 It's a pleasure to have you on board.
I see you have hip pain from your post and from you other post that it is Osteoarthritis. I am going to attach a couple of links which I think you will find helpful while you wait to meet some of our members:
the one above has some stretching exercises which might be good they are very gentle.
It might be an idea, if you haven't already tried this, to see a physiotherapist to make sure you aren't doing yourself harm. In many areas you can now self-refer.

While exercise is good for building up the muscles to better support your hips, if you’ve overdone it setting off a flare up it’s better to rest for a while to help them settle down again before restarting with gentle exercise. I found a few days of being kind to my hips usually helped if I’d overdone it and set them off.
