ibuprofen gels???
Hi
I have been diagnosed with OA a year now in my hands, wrists and feet, my feet are the worse as the pain and swelling is underneath in the balls of my feet. i work on my feet all day and often walk to and from work for exercise as i have put on some weight. So do the ibuprofen gels work??? i think they may be a better solution for me but dont want to waste money especially these days
Thanks

hello @bakers and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have OA in your hands, wrists and feet and are wondering if ibuprofen gels work. I think it depends partly on the person (not much help I know) so hopefully others will share their experiences with you. In the meantime we have some information on our website which I would recommend having a look at. To help I've put in a couple of links below.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on.
With very best wishes
Peter
