Triggers for pain
I think sitting at a desk while I work is a trigger for my groin pain. Does anyone concur with this? Also does anyone experience triggers? Have a good day and take care.

I'm guessing you have an arthritic hip? It could either be that you're trapping a nerve, or aggravating a section of your hip joint that's bone on bone. I use an inflatable wedge cushion, that leaves the hip joint open a bit and takes some of the pressure off your "sitting bones".

Oh my goodness thank you Lilymary so much for your response. I only have a few days left at work before I retire so will keep your advice in mind.

New to this page. Any suggestions on getting a full nights sleep. I have arthritis in both feet. Both feet swell and burn up when I'm in bed and during the day
