Hi, I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine. Normally walking is quite painful in my lower back and my legs. But I find if I walk fast the pain is initially very bad but after about a mile the pain reduces to manageable proportions. Has anyone had similar experiences? Does anyone know why the pain reduces? Thanks
