Hello
Hello everyone. I am very new to this community and I would like to explain why I am here.
I am female, 53 and have the beginnings of arthritis of the knee.
I have been signed off work for 7 weeks but am due back this Monday. I had a steroid injection yesterday which has helped with the pain however, I am disappointed I am still hobbling a little. Is this normal?
I have so many questions and I hope the community can help?😊
