Hi there! I was diagnosed just after lockdown with arthritis in both knees! My knees had got progressively worse over lockdown to the point I was struggling getting up & down the stairs! Whenever I tell anyone they always say “you’re too young for arthritis”…. I’m 52 but some days feel about 82!! I’m currently taking naproxen but also take glucosamine & turmeric/black pepper supplements…. I also see a private physio when the pain is really bad!! So just wanted to come on to say “hello” as I feel no one really gets how I feel…. And some days I feel quite low because of it!!
