im really starting to struggle

Sorry in advance if im in the wrong place but im really in need of sum advice .hi their im really starting to struggle with my arthritis i was diagnosed with this at the age of 4 im now 40 iv lived a pretty normal life not including all the hospital /dr appointment iv been on so many different treatmeats im starting to think is any going to really help iv also been diagnosed with barrets osophacis with the dr told me may be off the treatment i previosly been reciving for my arthritis since covid hit my dr has been very hard to see im seeing a specialist but its not really helping with my pain as its maybe 3/4 times a year i see him i struggle every day most of the day the pain is at 70%+ im struggling financialy aswel as iv always been told im not eligible for any extra help from the goverment as in diability allowance or even pip at the same time im getting told i need to look for work or my universal credit will be affected which cannot happen as i have a family. i dont no were i start to get help i need so any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
