Fibromyalgia anyone else?

Saying hello to all after not being on here for over a year. I found it a bit confusing navigating around the site so I took a break from it. I’m still pretty hopeless at this techno stuff. wondered if anyone else on here who lives in my neck of the woods, in Cornwall, has fibromyalgia? i was diagnosed back in 2006 so had it a while to say the least! Apparently it doesn’t progress, but that’s kinda hard to believe as I know mine has certainly progressed compared to how it was in the beginning. I suppose the other ailments that pop up are under its umbrella, so are expected at some point. There doesn’t seem to be a huge amount of support for fibromyalgia, so I find it isolating at times. I also have onset of osteoarthritis in my lower back. This month several of my fingers seem very painful on the knuckle area and hard to straighten first thing in the morning, however according to a physio appointment I had this week, that’s just a circulation problem. Who knows!! Anyway I’m going to try and be patient with myself with trying to re navigate this site. Stay safe everyone 🤗
