Hello @alan1234
Welcome to the online community and thank you for joining us.
So you have arthritis in your feet, knees, fingers and left shoulder but are allergic to all anti inflammatory medicine so can only use painkiller but do not find that they help to control the pain very much. Looking for other ideas as to how you could control the pain better.
It must be a very difficult situation to be in when you are unable to take the majority of medication that is used to help control and give you pain relief for your condition. Im hopeful that the other members will be able to offer up ideas to help you.
I have attached some information below that I think will be of help to you but obviously pain and how to reduce it is a very personal and what helps some, does nothing for others. With this in mind I believe that keeping an open mind and trying lots of different things would be the best course of action, and I do hope that you are able to find a way to give yourself more relief.
Please do let us know how you are getting on and if you wouldn't mind, maybe share what you find helps.
Take care
