Osteoarthritis
I have it in both knees and neck I am ringing that paracetamol do not help with pain but ibuprofen does give me some relief but I do not what to keep taking this as I have asthma and this is not the best antiflamary to take. are there other antiinflamary tablet out there that may help

So you have osteoarthritis in both of your knees and neck. You have found that paracetamol does not help so take ibuprofen but you have asthma so it is not really the best pain relief to take. You are looking for examples of other pain relief that may be better for you to take.
Ive found some information below that I think may be helpful to you, particularly the 'Drug Treatment' section which describes what type of painkillers are available. You may find that a more suitable drug for yourself will be something that your GP needs to prescribe and it may be worth having a chat with someone at your doctors surgery to discuss this with.
