    Hello @Megbruce

Welcome to the online community and thank you for joining us.

So you have osteoarthritis in both of your knees and neck. You have found that paracetamol does not help so take ibuprofen but you have asthma so it is not really the best pain relief to take. You are looking for examples of other pain relief that may be better for you to take.

Ive found some information below that I think may be helpful to you, particularly the 'Drug Treatment' section which describes what type of painkillers are available. You may find that a more suitable drug for yourself will be something that your GP needs to prescribe and it may be worth having a chat with someone at your doctors surgery to discuss this with.

I've also included our Helpline details in case you feel like you would want to talk about this with someone a bit more.

Please let us know how you are getting on and do continue to keep getting involved in the community.

    Take care
