Painful days
I am 52 and I have Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis in hips, fibromyalgia, chronic migraine, scleroderma, and reynauds syndrome. I have varying degrees of pain and some days it hurts to move at all yet because I try to look nice and I still have a sense of humour people think there is nothing wrong with me and it's gets me down that I have to explain to others that I am in such terrible pain. Feeling lonely 🙁

Hello @52witchy_gill and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic migraine, scleroderma, and Reynaud's syndrome and that you have varying degrees of pain. I understand that you are also feeling alone in this but you are in the right place now and hopefully you will now feel part of the group. Have a look at our website as there is a 'In Your Area' search you can look at to see if there are any local support groups. Also please do join in our community. There are discussion on how to cope and hints and tips, as well as some which are just people chatting.
I've put a couple of links in below which may be of interest.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their thoughts and experiences as well.
With very best wishes
Peter
