Osteoarthritis both hips,maybe my lower back as well

Can't walk very far because of osteoarthritis,any tips or exercises,all help welcome.

I see from your post that you have Osteoarthritis of both hips and can't walk very far and are looking for any tips from our members.

Hi @Taffygirl1955 are you from Wales by any chance or a Welsh girl at heart?

Oh gosh I have lost count of the number of people on here who have thought it was their back and it turned out to be their hips.

Quite a few of us have enjoyed it. There's him and his mum one does chair based exercises the other stands up. We do whatever we can cope with.
