Knees
Hi thank you for letting me join I'm new to this arthritis thing ha ha I have it in both of my knees and the pain is well I'm not going to swear what do you all do to help with the pain I'm on co-codamol and naproxin but it doesn't do much I have been sent to physio to be told to do exercises but I'm my disabled wife's carer so finding the time is a bit difficult I do all the things round the home like cleaning, cooking, washing etc so to me that's enough exercise it hurts like hell when I'm going going up the stairs or when I'm getting up out of a chair and if I get down on my knees I will be there full stop

Hi @Sie it is a pleasure to have you on board and welcome you to the site.
I read from your post that you have recently been diagnosed with Arthritis in both knees and are very active being your wife's carer. You have been to Physiotherapy and were given some exercises, but finding time to do them is difficult for you.
This might be of interest to you:
(especially the part about help around the home given your household duties).
In addition I am attaching some exercises for your knees. I know finding time is difficult, but honestly doing them is very different to running round at home and should protect your joints.
Best wishes
Ellen.
