You have my total sympathy apart from the neck i think you back sa to be the worst. You can't even go for a wee without agony 😕
I don't know what you've tried or been advised by anyone medically trained, but my own consultant said to me to walk a little, sit a little and lie down a little. Not too much (apart from sleeping of course) of any of them.
I am presuming you have decent pain relief too? I was also prescribed a reducing dose of diazepam with mine just prior to surgery. I also swear by (and still use) my microwavable wheatbags.
Sending some ((()))
