Hi
I am newly diagnosed.
Like you I have extreme pain in both my thumbs, the link Chris has suggested is well worth looking at. The physio Jay is very encouraging and the excercises are easy to remember. I have suspended my gym membership for now but there are so many physio led excercises on the V.A website I am hoping to be disciplined enough to create some gym session

Hi @ecktheman and @Etta
Wow it sounds like you could support each other in the discipline bit of keeping up with exercises. I have a neck issue and the exercises really do help as I have proved to myself when I forget to do them! So why do I still forget? I must get myself in gear, there is no excuse really.
I hope the exercises you have found are helpful too, I was a bit skeptical but have been proved wrong.
Take care
xx
