Hi, I’m a new member…..
Hi My name is Rosie,
I have Osteo A in both hips, but the left one is worse, have had an x ray during lockdown amazingly !! The pain is getting worse, stabbing pain in groin and pain in knee. Currently taking paracetamol and codeine..I would be grateful for any helpful advice.😊

Hi Sharon, Thankyou for your lovely welcome ! The exercise info is very helpful, I do practice yoga, and some of the exercises I’m familiar with…I don’t want to go down the surgery option just yet, so I’ll persevere with exercise and painkillers !!! Thanks again, Rosie.
