And now I have two illness

Its not struck me before, but now I have two illness it's impossible to manage without meds. I was floored by it. I have arthritis and swollen feet and a rash. Oh, and work wanted me to come back to the office during the highest ever prevalence of COVID. It's a small battle to keep up with it all. Paracetamol was good and then it needed two lots of pills more from the doctor as well.

Thank you @Fif the doctors have set out what to do using only meds so at least there is a plan to follow. God bless them.

    Hi @Baloo

Someone warned me (who was diagnosed maybe 6 months ahead) she said it's not like taking a paracetamol for a headache and it fixes it or a course of antibiotics and job done.

As you say though you have a plan and that really helps 😊

Wear your mask and sanitise after using any shared facilities at work that's the best you can do ((()))

@frogmorton yes, thank you for reminding me, we can only make the best of it. Wore the breathing mask. Done the hand sanitiser.

I took the liberty today of updating the union health and safety rep. to assist their discussions. Realistically, in about ten weeks time when I come off steroids for a short while, I will suddenly be needing the steroids again and having to start phoning in sick. I feel guilty for laying it on so thick against an employer, and yet I was only stating whats become obvious.

100% agree @Baloo keep the Union and H&S in the loop very wise indeed.

I hope today is a reasonable day for you.

Thankyou @frogmorton I was able to walk today instead of shuffle, but thats how it seems to go, a little remission goes a long way.
