Please any opinions on above Natures Aid brand 2 Softgels per day. Not cheap from Health food shop (as online Highlands £10 surcharge any delivery whatsoever mandatory! )

I read ? advert lengthy Finnish report recommending Krill for Finish population as here diar Vitamin D deficiency due lack of light Oct to March.

I had never heard of it until now @GalaxyA12

I understand after a quick bit of research that it is similar to fish oil but made from crustaceans.

I should say if you can afford it (given that surcharge😮) and your Dr is happy enough that it doesn't interact with your meds...?

Hopefully someone else here has already tried it might have an opinion. I never read the reviews of anyone selling anything as I don't trust them to post negative ones!
