Thank you for sending me the links. I shall have a look at them.
I’ve started taking methotrexate 8 weeks ago but I haven’t seen any improvement in condition as of yet.
I’m so glad I’ve found this group as I’ve been feeling quite alone since my diagnosis.

I am starting methotrexate tonight but my rhumatoidologist also gave me prednisolone for 4 months to try and ease my inflammation . My understanding is that the steroids can give really quick relief but only for short periods before coming off and the methotrexate is between 3-12 weeks for the difference.
