Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a lifestyle change to reduce arthritis flare up. For the last month I forgot how annoying arthritis could be. I have not felt its presence since around 2008. Thank the Lord above it is just one knee that is being annoying with some pain. I look forward to healthier diet suggestions and when I can say that annoying, uninvited guest arthur has left the building again.😊
