Hello
Hello - I am new to this site so wanted introduce myself. I am a young at heart (aren’t we all 😊) 65 year old who has had a diagnosis of osteoarthritis for about 4 years now; I still haven’t got my head around what that means on a daily basis or for the future. Like all of us, when younger, you experience some kind of pain and then it goes away; this doesn’t and, hopefully, having like-minded people to chat to and share with will help with living with this. Hello 😊😊

How we feel about ourselves and our condition can greatly effect us. Here is a link to help with this:
Again welcome to the community, keep posting and let us know how you get on.
