I am Margaret, I am 75 years of age (not old), and have suffered from osteoarthritis for over 30 years. My condition is worsening, particularly in my hands, I am still staying active although I do now have some help with my garden. I think a positive attitude is important but I have problems with pain control. Painkillers constipate me, what do others do to alleviate pain?

Welcome to the forum, @Meg22 . I see that you have 30+ years of experience of osteoarthritis. I am sure that you have many tips you could share with the Forum.
