Hello
Hello, I have osteoarthritis in my hips and lower spine. It took me years to get a diagnosis, but even now I am more or less left to my own devices. I have had to learn to manage the flare ups alone, which are exacerbated by certain foods and changes in atmospheric pressure. This is in part because I cannot tolerate NSAIDs or opioids. I won't go into boring details here, but I do find gentle exercise helps with the hip pain and getting out to my allotment always improves my mental well-being, even though I get frustrated that I can't do as much or as often as I would like.

Hopefully, this Forum will help to fill in the gaps. You can’t tolerate NSAIDs or opioid’s. You have found the benefits of exercise and maintain interest in your allotment.
