Hi. I wondered if anyone had tried kinesiology tape for osteoarthritis in the knee? And if so was it helpful?

    Hi @Peebs I haven't tried it myself. I have trained with people in the past who have used it for patella tracking issues. Apparently it's very good. There r quite a few YouTube tutorials for applying the tape for knee stability. Hope this helps

    I used it a few times and for certain muscle pain it does make a difference. Not sure if bone pains would see a difference
