Hi Pauline, just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees. Finding. Can not do what I want. Unsure about which exercise is best to keep me mobile. I am 59, but at this moment in time feel much older. Just on paracetamol, but in pain most of the day, and not managing much sleep as when I move it wakes me up. Need a bit of positivity to help me keep going.
