I have tramadol which is another opioid you could try naproxen for inflamation paracetamol and to help night time I have 30mg of amitripoline at 5-6pm seems to work best.
do you use Ibrugel? And also TENs machine can disrupt the pain signals which as least reduce the constant nerve pain from the joint.
i also sleep with a memory foam knee pillow that does help.
have you had a steroid injection yet or X-rays. Do you need a new one?
