I have arthritis in both my upper arms and would like to know what I can use to ease the pain I haven’t spoke to the doctor about mainly because I cannot get through to them

You have arthritis in your upper arms and would like to know what you can do to ease the pain. You haven't spoken to the doctor about it, mainly because you can't get through to them. Although it has been difficult to get in touch with many GP practices over the recent period, it is worth persevering. Your GP can assess your medication, refer to a consultant for further tests, or to a pain clinic where they can look at other ways you can manage your condition.
