Hay fever and flares

Hi,

Does anyone else find they flare more with hay fever as I have been really struggling with regular 2/3 day flares when pollen count is moderate to high.

Not sure whether it's hay fever linked, but my worst flares have very often been this time of year🤔

I always thought it might be some sort of immune response to pollen maybe too.

I'll be interested to see what other say.

I have never thought about pollen as I get bad hayfever. I thought it more likely the heat. ...but very interesting. I will be more prepared for next summer.

Interesting question! Unfortunately, we don't have any information about the possibility.

Could it be that you feel worse with hay fever, and, by default, your joints feel worse? There is information about how weather impacts arthritis though and it's not just the cold weather.

I'm sure others in the community may have thoughts on this to share.
