Hi @TKP
Welcome to the Online Community.
I understand from your post that you have recently been diagnosed as having an Autoimmune type of Arthritis and have started on Methotrexate (MTX). You are unsure as to whether or not it is safe for you to take antihistamine for impending hay fever.
Unfortunately we are not medically qualified to answer that question, but suggest a quick call to your pharmacist for advise might be the best course of action.
I wonder whether these pages might be useful to you being newly diagnosed?
best wishes
Ellen.

Hi @TKP
I take an antihistamine when I get hayfever symptoms, but I agree you should speak to your pharmacist ASAP to get advice she/he will know what you can/ can't take. In case it interacts with something else you are taking like some people take amitriptyline too.
Horrible isn't it? Bloomin pollen.
🙄
Take care
