So after being diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis I found things very hard at the beginning I just couldn’t get my head round it. After a few months of feeling sorry for myself I’m in a different mind set now a very good one. I’ve started on my medication I’ve spoken to my doctor and I’ve started looking after myself more now ive started doing a bit of exercise and doing a little walking my moods have been a lot better and Even done some swimming. I’ve found things online as well about my diet and what foods can help my arthritis.

just thought I’d share this with you all life is about living and that’s what I’m gonna do 🙂
