Sprouted Grains

Hi please any views about Sprouted Grains or experiencesof germinating them for Arthritis health?

Tried Bio Snacky brand jar and Alfalpha seedspacket same brand after 10 days having researched online how to total waste of time sadly hope i can return Jar as £9! Will try if safe my herb seedlings before ready to pot in garden as alternative to sprouted grains ? good idea.

I have eaten sprouted vegetables in the past very tasty and full of nutrients.

I am vegan and used to eating lots of veg anyway.

Never tried sprouted herbs though interesting!
