Help please with Pain
I have osteoarthritis. How can I deal with the pain I have at night so that I cannot sleep, then have brain fog in the morning and feel tired all the time. I sleep for a couple of hours in bed at night then wake with excruciating pain in my knees, legs, hips. I have patellafemoral syndrome in my knees, and shin splits on my lower legs. The osteoarthritis is also in my should, lower back, hips and toes. The doctor prescribes so=sodamol but that does not take away the pain, after taking it I feel sick and have a headache and upset tummy. I love walking and do go for walks, also follow an exercise regime to realign my knees and do lots of stretches for my back.
Has anyone got any bright ideas?
