Best Car Insurers with Arthritis

Hi is Arthritis required to be divulged if applying for Car Insurance and are there Car Insurer who are more sympathetic should it affect a premium. I sold my Car as it had to be scrapped due to Corrosion a common problem of climate in Highland coastal Scotland 6 months and evevn a new Car deteriorates with rust rapidly! I am buying a small secondhand Car personally as I cannot get the PIPS help as not in the Mobility catagory.LocalBuses being cut UK wide severely in October bad already and some distance trains plus a year experiencing public transport disaster and inflexibility where I live led me to return to a Car. Any experiences or advice from members appreciate. I have Rheumatoid IBS and some shortsightedness / visual field slight loss but DVLA say I am within their safe driving criteria and issued me another 3 years license following a recent sight test for DVLA.
