Hello everyone I suffer with arthritis and do still try and get in my garden I think it’s best to do a little at a time that’s what I try to do I find if I do to much at once I suffer later

I only have a small garden but do love to get outside in the sunshine when we have it it really does help to keep moving as much as you can

    Hi Tee

    I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and do enjoy getting out in my garden as much as possible, especially at this time of year.

    I also try and pace myself as I too feel it the next day. I have a large garden and this year have had to get a gardener in for the first time , to dig over my vegetable patches. I have started off some vegetables of which my dear husband has planted them for me. Now I just need to feed and keep them watered and hopefully will be picking my organic crops later in the year.

    I find it very relaxing and theraputic, just being outside with nature. I do also feed the birds and do go birdwatching which is also extremely calming and rewarding.
