2 knee cap replacement operations

Hi my name is Les i have had Osteoarthritis for 29 years now. I have issues with my knees they grind at every move I was j st wondering wot exactly is involved in the Knee replacement operations as i need 2.I've got serious dents in my knee caps. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
