Hand pain relief-help!
Hello all,
I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I work as a self employed domestic cleaner. aged 53, but feel more like 93 !
I am unable to work as I did a few years ago due to the pain in my hands. I wake up in the morning with horrible intense pain in hands mainly. My hip / elbow not as bad.
Can anyone advise me on how to help with the pain. My doctor has prescribed naproxen, but it doesn’t even touch the pain. Feel pretty useless when it flares up, which seems to be every day now.
