Arthritis Cushions?

Hi I'm Matt, I've not posted in here before, I got diagnosed with Osteoarthritis arthritis in my hips and pelvis about a year ago, I have pain sitting down much of the time, I wondered if anyone could kindly recommend the best makes of Cushions for Arthritis, I'm a larger guy around 18 stone if that makes any difference, Thankyou Matt
