Any advice for fibromyalgia along with osteoarthritis

Hello I am looking for advice in regards to the best pain relief for fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I am in a butec patch and have stopped duloxetine. I have gained weight and know losing it would help. I am taking paracetamol and ibrufen to help. I exercise when I can but at times exhaustion hits me and I have to lie down. Does anyone have any problems with their throat with fibromyalgia? Many thanks for any help. Janet
