Total knee replacement
I had my knee replacement early March. I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis for about 22 years since I was 28. My knee was fused bent so wouldn’t straighten. The surgery has straightened my leg but it’s almost in a fixed position. I find sitting down for any length of time uncomfortable as my leg just hovers. My operation was delayed for about 2/3 years. Has anyone else has this kind is thing happen?

Welcome to the forum, @sharonlom. I see that you have had RA for some 22 years. Your knee became fused and you had knee replacement surgery in March of this year. You look for information from others who may have had similar complications to you, where your leg is in a fixed position leading to discomfort when sitting for any length of time.
Here are links to information I hope you will find helpful:

Good luck. I am sure that that the community members will have other insights to offer.
