Hello to you all.

I have just joined ,I have O.A.,I have had two replacement knees , & 2 foot surgeries.

    You have OA and have had surgery on your knees and feet. We are glad you found us and hope that you find the experiences shared by our members and their ways of coping with life with arthritis , interesting and helpful.     We are all being encouraged to exercise to maintain healthy muscles and joints so I have attached a link to the new stretching videos which may help your knees. Numbers of our members have found these exercise sessions useful, I certainly have and feel in better spirits afterwards.

    You will have such a wealth of knowledge for our members who are just planning knee replacements. What happened with your feet and has it worked well for you?

    Where are you going to post next? Maybe living with arthritis to help others or you might like to check out the chit chat area to check out the gardening discussion? Wherever it is I know you will be welcome
