Fibro diet and ibs

Hi everyone

Has anyone had success in loosing weight?

I'm finding it very hard with fibro and ibs, the types of food that will work with limited mobility.

I thought about keto but that seems expensive or a lot of prep which I can't do, plus I have really high cholesterol.

Any ideas be great!

I see you have fibromyalgia and also IBS, and you are wanting to lose weight but finding it difficult.
