Hi @milburn46 Welcome to the Online Community
You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and are struggling with pain and fatigue. A lot of people with RA experience the same issues with pain and fatigue and this can make joint stiffness feel more severe and limiting.
There are things that can help including planning your time wisely and eating a healthy diet, but also trying to make sure you get enough good quality sleep.
I have attached some links which I hope you will find useful.
Please take the time to have a look round the community, hopefully you will find lots of support here, but do let us know how you get on
Best wishes Helen
