Hello @Mazbaz14 welcome to you and your partner,
Your partner has RA and is now struggling with joint pain and recurring chest infections. This is causing him to be anxious and you have sought support from the online community. We are here to support you both with information, tips on how to cope with life with arthritis and most of all friendship from members who are experiencing similar situations.
I attach a link about mindfulness that suggests ways in which you both can take time out to address your emotional wellbeing. Alongside this is one of our new stretching videos which members are reporting back as proving quite beneficial. Joint pain can be debilitating and we are encouraging daily exercise routines to keep our muscles and joints as flexible and mobile as possible. The rib cage and lungs are vital to keep healthy, so maybe building up from a short session of breathing exercises together will lead to an increase in lung capacity and fitness.

I hope some of our members will share their experiences with you , meanwhile do browse round the discussions and activities especially the Living with Arthritis section. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Take care
Poppyjane
