knee locking pain

Im new to this and wondered how folk cope with the knee locking then collapsing and of your feet for weeks

    Hello @abbey

    Nice to meet you.

    There is a lot you can try to help yourself ranging from exercise to walking aids. From watching our weight (😕) if we need to, to physiotherapy.

    Chris R has given you a link to exercises which is good I do them not as often as i should, but I do try and walk almost every day even if it's not far.

    Definitely you could ask to see a physio you can't be off your feet for weeks it's not good for us at all and they can help with appropriate walking aids. In some areas you can refer yourself just get the phone number from your Dr's surgery.
