Half or total knee replacement
I’ve been offered half left knee replacement by both the NHS and privately. Having had successful full right knee replacement already, I’m loathe to go for a half knee because it may need to be revised in the future. My understanding is that revision from half to full knee replacement is less likely to be successful in the future. I’d be particularly interested in hearing from people who had this procedure.
